House of Switzerland 2013 FIS World Ski Championships

The Alpine World Ski Championships 2013 are being held in Schladming, Austria, from 4 to 20 February. Located right in the middle of the town, is the House of Switzerland – THE meeting point for athletes, trainers, sponsors, journalists and fans. Also this year, exclusive Swiss Meat specialities will be served throughout the entire hospitality centre, supplied by the two «Official Suppliers», Micarna SA and Traitafina AG.

Everyone attending the skiing can savour our Swiss meat specialities on the spot and learn about their exceptional production. There is a rather diverse range on the menu: from air-dried Grisons beef and tender beef steak, to traditional cervelat and St Gallen veal sausage. A taste of home – regional and delicious Swiss Meat products are being gaining a tasty reputation beyond the Swiss border.

The Swiss Meat Industry Association will also be using this event as an opportunity to communicate with the international trade press with the following focus: public relations in stunning surroundings, sharing knowledge about Swiss Meat, as well as networking with Swiss Meat exporters.
