Anuga Meat 2013
For the third time, the Swiss meat industry is exhibiting at the Anuga Food Fair in Cologne. From 05 to 09 October 2013, four companies are exhibiting their specialities on the shared «Swiss Meat» stand. The stand, with an impressive area of 374m2, is located in Hall 5.2. / B-053. The following companies are attending: Meinen AG, Micarna SA, Orior AG and Traitafina AG.
During the five days of the exhibition, visitors will learn about the advantages of Swiss meat. They will be able to taste the unique pleasures and high quality, get to know regional specialities and contact the people responsible at Swiss Meat companies.
Once again, the stand has been given an exceptional design: an elegant overall appearance, with Swissness and lots of natural elements. The impressive imagery expertly sets the scene for traditional export products such as the famous Bündnerfleisch and other dry meat specialities, cooked sausages, such as the St. Galler veal sausage (PGI) and the Swiss national sausage, the Cervelat.

This year's fair is being held from 05 to 09 October 2013 at the Koelnmesse exhibition centre in Cologne. The fair is open from Saturday to Tuesday from 10:00 to 19:00 hours and on Wednesday from 10:00 to 18:00 hours.
