«Swiss meat» at SIAL Paris 2012
For the very first time «Swiss meat», together with three joint exhibitors, is taking part in the SIAL Paris. The «Salon International de l’Alimentation» is one of the largest trade fairs for food items with a total of 19 exhibition sectors. In 2010, over 5,800 international exhibitors and around 136,000 industry visitors were on site.
«Swiss meat» will be prominently represented at SIAL for all five trade fair days with its grand stand, covering an area of 300 m2. The stand is located in Exhibition Hall 6, in the section 'Charcuterie'. «Swiss meat» will take its first steps into the French market together with three member companies; Del Maître SA, Micarna SA / DeliSwiss and Orior AG / Spiess Europe.
Based on its successful appearance at the Anuga trade fair in Cologne in 2011, the «Swiss meat» stand will again feature a classic Swiss design. An elegant overall appearance with many natural elements and impressive imagery will draw attention to typical Swiss export products including dried meat specialities, boiled sausage such as veal sausages from St. Gallen (St. Galler Kalbsbratwurst PGI), the Swiss national sausage Cervelat and specialities from Western Switzerland.
